Big Move: Capgemini Finalizes Cloud4C Takeover to Boost Cloud Power!

Capgemini completes Cloud4C acquisition deals

Capgemini announced that the purchase of Cloud4C, a top supplier of automation-driven managed services for hybrid, private, public, and sovereign cloud environments, has closed after all regulatory criteria were met.

Capgemini’s presence in the rapidly expanding cloud managed services market will be increased by the 1,600-person team, which specializes in platform-based services with AI operations and automation capabilities.

For cloud management and smooth migrations, they will allow the Group to continue developing industry-specific packaging frameworks, intellectual property (IP) assets, and generative AI (gen AI) solutions.

Additionally, by combining Syniti’s data expertise with Cloud4C’s SAP AI-driven cloud management, this purchase will enhance Capgemini’s SAP leadership, particularly in end-to-end SAP services and SAP RISE.

“Most global clients require managed services for hybrid cloud environments or need help with their complex migrations. Cloud4C’s set of comprehensive service offerings built on deep tech proficiency, with hyper-automated cloud operations across the stack, will bolster the Group’s leadership in this dynamic space,”

Additionally, Cloud4C offers value-added services including cybersecurity, business continuity, data loss prevention, process automation, disaster recovery, and industry and sovereign compliance.
